Welcome to Agape Pastoral Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online courses, coaching services, digital resources, downloadable materials, leader resources, educational content, and all other products and services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not purchase or use our Services.

1. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Are capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
• Desire to participate in Christian, faith-based educational and coaching resources.

By registering for any Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Services

Agape Pastoral Services currently offers educational and ministry resources including, but not limited to:

• Tier 1 Self-Guided Premarital Counseling Course
• Tier 2 Guided Premarital Counseling Course
• Premarital Counseling Leader Package
• Coaching services
• Downloadable resources
• Educational materials
• Ministry resources
• Future courses, leader training, and related products

We reserve the right to modify, improve, discontinue, or expand our Services at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services is the exclusive intellectual property of Agape Pastoral Services unless otherwise noted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Video teaching
• Leader training videos
• Participant videos
• Printed and digital workbooks
• Teaching guides
• Leader guides
• Presentation materials
• Worksheets
• Assessments
• Discussion questions
• Teaching outlines
• Session structures
• Counseling methodologies
• Biblical teaching content
• Forms
• Templates
• Preformatted emails
• Checklists
• Graphics
• Logos
• Branding
• Website content
• Downloads
• Documents
• More than seventy (70) proprietary ministry resources included within the Leader Package

These materials are protected by United States copyright laws and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a Service grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely as permitted under these Terms.

Ownership of all intellectual property remains exclusively with Agape Pastoral Services.

4. Premarital Counseling Leader Package License

The Premarital Counseling Leader Package contains proprietary ministry systems, educational content, counseling resources, leadership materials, and ministry tools developed by Agape Pastoral Services over many years of pastoral counseling experience.

Your purchase grants you permission to use these materials only for the purpose of personally leading premarital counseling with:

• Individual engaged or pre-engaged couples;
• Small groups;
• Church classes;
• Ministry settings;
• Educational workshops that you personally facilitate.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any materials.

Unless you receive prior written permission from Agape Pastoral Services, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the Leader Package.
• Share your login credentials.
• Allow unauthorized individuals access to your account.
• Upload any materials to another website or learning platform.
• Resell any portion of the Leader Package.
• Redistribute videos.
• Redistribute downloads.
• Redistribute teaching handouts.
• Redistribute leader guides.
• Redistribute worksheets.
• Redistribute templates.
• Redistribute email sequences.
• Redistribute assessments.
• Redistribute ministry systems.
• Create derivative works intended for resale.
• Remove copyright notices.
• Claim authorship of any materials.

The Leader Package is licensed to the individual purchaser (or purchasing organization if specifically purchased under an organizational license) and may only be used as intended to facilitate premarital counseling or educational ministry.

You may print or download materials as reasonably necessary to conduct your own counseling sessions, classes, or ministry, but ownership and copyright remain exclusively with Agape Pastoral Services.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any portion of the Leader Package is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access, legal action, and any remedies available under applicable copyright law.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Access to paid Services requires payment in full unless otherwise stated.

For the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Premarital Counseling Courses, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If, within thirty (30) days of purchase, you determine the course is not the right fit for you and you have accessed no more than the first three (3) sessions of the eight-session course, we will refund your course tuition less the non-refundable value of the printed workbooks, shipping costs, and compatibility assessment (currently valued at $90). These materials remain yours to keep.

Due to the immediate access provided to proprietary digital materials, downloadable resources, and intellectual property, purchases of the Premarital Counseling Leader Package are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

6. Disclaimers

Our Services are designed to educate, encourage, and equip individuals and ministry leaders from a biblical perspective.

However:

• We do not guarantee specific relationship outcomes.
• Participation does not guarantee marital success.
• Participation does not guarantee compatibility.
• Participation does not eliminate relational conflict.

Our Services are educational and ministry-based.

They are not intended to replace licensed counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, legal advice, or medical treatment.

Individuals experiencing abuse, addiction, severe mental illness, domestic violence, or other significant concerns should seek appropriate professional assistance.

7. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the Services lawfully.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Agape Pastoral Services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use the Services in good faith.
• Communicate respectfully with Company representatives and other participants.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent the Company or its teachings.
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Upload malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Share purchased content beyond the license granted herein.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms without refund.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting to our website.

Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
